Sales representative Advanced Wound Care will report to the Alternate Care Sales Manager. He/she is responsible for the acquisition and growth of the Advanced Wound Care portfolio of this Company in the Western region of the Netherlands. The sales representative is expected to independently create and maintain good long term relationships with nurses, clinicians, opinion leaders and stakeholders for Advanced Wound Care. He/she will work as sales representative visiting customers in order to demonstrate and sell compression Advanced Wound Care solutions. As part of the sales process a major component of the responsibility is to educate and train customers in the offered solutions. Together with Professional Service Specialists, the marketing coordinator and the sales manager the representative works closely in a team to set priorities, define strategies and build operational sales plans to further explore the market.

Bachelor's level of education, preferably in Skin Therapy, Physiotherapy, Casting technology or equivalent, can be substituted by significant experience in field-and/or sales management within similar business;
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or preferably in health care industry (medical devices of breeder); • Self-starter with experience and desire to acquire new business; • Strong education, training skills and an ability to persuade at therapist level; • Strong practical sales skills and selling process knowledge • Demonstrated success as a practical sales performer, consistently exceeding quota; • Strong presentation skills; • Proven ability to manage multiple and complex projects, meet commitments and demonstrate responsive follow - through in areas of responsibility.
