• Support the Epidemiology mission and project strategy developed by the the Epidemiology Head and staff
• Provide planning and operational support to Epidemiology.
• Ensure timely execution of project plans as agreed during Epidemiology and other relevant meetings.
• Establish and implement processes to ensure cross-functional alignment of project plans.
• Manage project plans and budgets using the OPX2-based project planning system, EUREKA!
• Anticipate/identify issues and potential bottlenecks and propose solutions and contingency plans.
• Contribute to scenario generation using EUREKA!
• Organize, prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
• Support Epidemiology Head in preparation for Innovations Board and other Management meetings.

Master degree in life sciences, medical-related sciences or business administration, or experience equivalent to graduate degree
Fluent English (oral & written)
• 4 yrs pharmaceutical industry
• 3 yrs or equivalent cross-functional management experience
• Advanced knowledge of global R&D processes.
• Very strong planning and tracking skills, able to see big picture, well-organized, focused on results, capable of managing multiple projects
• Excellent time and self-management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to bridge between scientific and business team members, negotiate timelines and develop effective international collaboration.
• Strong verbal communication; expert in written communication.
• Strong critical and objective interpretation of scientific and commercial information.
• Expert team player.
